Rick & Morty was on their first season, and they got to do a Simpsons couch gag? They must be doing something right and/or financially significant.

After "Rick & Morty" started coming on Adult Swim, I looked up Dan Harmon and found his Harmontown podcast.
If you're not listening to it, you should. Harmon pounds down booze during the show and about a third of the way through starts sounding exactly like Rick, sans the belches & hiccups. Jeff Davis of "Whose Line is it Anyway" co-hosts the show.
I still haven't watched "Community". I probably should.

Aw geez, POETV, I don't, I don't think Adult Swim has that many good shows left, you know? I mean, there's this one, and th-then you've got the death metal one, did they cancel that, it was really unclear. And, oh man, what about Venture Brothers, remember when they made more than one episode of that a year? I mean, what, what even happened there? I'm just askin', you know?

Binro the Heretic - 2015-07-02 And Aqua Teens are going away.
Aren't the "Metalocalypse" people doing "Mister Pickles"?

I posted it on the poe fb, but if you want to cheat,
http://digg.com/2015/rick-and-morty-leak-season-2
has links to the first two episodes of the new season that got out early. It's really, really good.

infinite zest - 2015-07-02 I really didn't have high expectations either. The first season constantly made fun of the fact that they'd probably get cancelled, and it's based off of a joke that makes Tracy Ulman Simpsons shorts like like Hemingway by comparison. But if this is any indication, I might have to say that this was the best show on TV in its prime and not Simpsons 3-8.
