It is rather odd that I became more liberal after joining the military. Most people I serve with are far to the right. I guess I could no longer handle the cognitive dissonance of trying to believe in supply side economics. Also the shit show of the 2012 Republican Primaries really turned me off from them.

This may seem like my own Tom Girl saga to those who mainly remember my facepainted neo-con rants. Music really kept me from staying on the dark side. Despite my conservative upbringing I loved Hip Hop and Punk. I'd listen to people like Public Enemy and Paris and tell myself that I really didn't agree with the lyrics. I think deep down I resonated with their rebellious nature. I'm just glad I never made conservative hip hop. That stuff's embarrassing.

You definitely should, Cena. Work the facepaint in, I mean! As a musical entertainer, it always helps to have a little extra something there, even if it's just Sting makeup. Think about how much better Lordi was with the zombie costumes, Michael Jackson was with the dancing, George Clinton was with the hair. Your makeup is part of your stage persona, embrace that shit!

I don't think people will mistake you for a juggalo, and worst case scenario, if they did, then that'd mean free publicity for you. Perhaps, if your channel and music videos got big enough, you could even start a beef with the ICP; as a Caucasian rap artist with a sense of humor, a deep appreciation for wrestling, and no desire to cater to the nerdcore scene, it would make total sense for you to get into a feud with the ICP over their misappropriation of makeup-culture!

Perhaps for your next 'album', you could release a rap song that clarifies, for the benefit of your fans, what the difference is between Sting warpaint and ICP clown makeup?
