You know, while I'm glad that Gail can get her voice out there (as sad and crazy as it is), I hope that this film really highlights the real sickness that her trolls have as well.
Oh yeah, according to her own writings on her own website, it was some non-comic-strip Chick Publications book on the Jesuits that planted the seed of the idea of a Jesuit conspiracy in her mind just as the schizophrenia was first becoming evident to others in the mid-1980s.

While I have no doubt that her trolls are pathetic losers with their own particular brand of mental illness, there is no scenario that involves Gail even approaching a happy, productive existence that doesn't involve intensive psychiatric care and medication.
Which will never happen, because mental healthcare in this country is a joke.
After seeing Gail and the crazy, crazy woman that was profiled in "Trekkies," I sort of wonder what kind of security setup Brett Spiner has in his house.
