Sina Khani sorta attempts something like the Aristocrats joke in German.

You couldn't tell the original in every comedy club in any country, though, so..... I mean.... just sayin'.

Boston comedy clubs are TERRIBLE. It's a big incestuous circle jerk of unfunny all patting themselves on the back, which I imagine a lot of comedy clubs are, but here the "jokes" are all how much more tolerant they are.

You can make good jokes about your racist relatives or Republicans, but their punchlines are literally just, "I support the gays!" and soaking in the cheap applause. It's the equivalent of local city or sports team shout outs.

One comic drew shocked gasps when he said "bitch", which he awkwardly back pedaled on and apologized for a minute straight.

It's so bad it almost makes me want to travel to a club in Southie, but as always, fuck Southie.

yeah I believe it
I had a somewhat similar experience recently with two intersecting groups of liberal friends playing Cards Against Humanity.
Everyone there voted blue, but there was a definite split down the table over inappropriate jokes.
Needless to say, it broke the game.

-in fairly hilarious ways.

Last time I played CAH was with a bunch of baby boomer liberals who needed an explanation of 3/4 of the cards.

We had that too!! Everyone was 30's and 40's, but some of the people were professional/corporate normies who didn't know what a large fraction of the cards meant.

I've found that the "poor life choices" answer is the best subtle card for causing offense.

I'll bet there's a way to tell it.. I was listening to one of the Comedy Bang Bang podcasts on here and it turned into a parody of The King's Speech, except with a joke, and a bad one at that. It was pretty genius and I kinda want to try something similar with a friend at an open mic night. Like I start off the joke and it's like "uggh" and a heckler (who is my friend) keeps correcting me through the joke. I dunno.

I also want to do something where I spend the entire time heckling the audience when I'm on stage, just shouting Non Sequiturs until I get kicked off or my time is up. Has anyone done that before?

Yes. His name was Andy Kaufman.
Judging from the blocks of text you've shat out over the years, you strike me as more of an Andy Dick. Minus the Andy. And (let's be honest here) minus the Dick.
