My favorite part is how completely wrong his friends tend to him afterward. If he had a neck injury or baseline skull fracture they could have made it much, much worse.
My second favorite part is how long he probably spent at the gym getting swole only to reach such a humiliating climax.
Everyone knows that the first thing you do when you see someone unconscious, especially if they're intoxicated, is turn them on their back and walk away. Duh. Just like when someone hands you a firearm the very first thing to do is pull the trigger to make sure it's not loaded.
