I find it all to hilarious that the daughter of his running mate is Stephanie Miller, who grew up to be a talk radio host who's an uber-liberal lesbian democrat.
Yes, all he says is that there were two reasons he voted against it, then proceeded to not give them. So at best this is just a typical politician talking around the subject. He says he thinks there were unconstitutional features but doesn't say what it was.
