You should show Space Precinct.

I did, actually! It was an episode where there was this drug going around that would send the addict to go into a psychotic rush, then incinerate them. The entire episode was a series of people choosing to take the drug and vaporizing themselves in a flash of white light. The highlight was a car chase through a surprisingly well-done future Manhattan in a hover car, interspersed with shots of the doting alien addict rambling to himself like that dude from the no-fear episode of Batman.

It was pretty delightful. I checked some of the other episodes but nothing had quite the same level of energy and cheesy absurdity.

Oh yeah, that one's pretty great, I think some scenes from it are up here (posted by you, maybe?). Still have the whole series on a hard drive someplace. It ebbs and flows but there are a lot of ridiculous moments and the whole premise and look is so absurd (they obviously spent all of their budget on the miniatures and digital effect, which aged really badly, and didn't have much left over for sets or costumes) that even the slow parts have a certain charm for me.
