I presume the posters of girl-type Ranma and FINAL FANTASY VIII are just to cover up the Ultramar signage on top of the gas pumps.

Also, FINAL FANTASY VIII would date this video as being from 1999 at the earliest, and that's corroborated by Wikipedia's entry on Les Respectables. The weird thing is, I remember this music video clearly because of the unexpected Ranma "cameo", but I could have sworn it came out much earlier in the 1990s. I wasn't even watching Musique Plus (or had the name already been shortened to "Musique+" by then?) all that often by the end of the nineties.
