The moon is a liberal myth

Riskbreaker - 2014-06-03

Liberals sold the moon to the muslim brotherhood years ago. After dragging the whole thing to Dubai now they just throw a crappy hologram for us sheeple to watch.

Cube - 2014-06-03

How does Illuminati make tides happen, if there is no moon?

Riskbreaker - 2014-06-03

HAARP, or some other weird weather machine i haven't heard of before.

From the comments (asterix'd section relates to your question):

------------------------

First off, it is not my responsibility to prove this to you. However, I will respond to some of the many valid questions you pose: #1 I don't necessarily believe the moon we see in the sky is a hologram. Do you remember I said the moon is gone but I said nothing about holograms. With that said, "gone" is relative. I am realizing, sadly, that the moon is not where it should be. I believe it is out of orbit, waaaaaay out of orbit. So, that may answer your question regarding mass. #2 You ask a great question regarding astronomers participating in conspiracy to keep this secret. Consider this THEORY: certain organizations keep this invaluable info privy only to the small group who governs and those astronomers of the common man are murdered if they discover the reality. Check out all the astronomers who died from mysterious illnesses, 'suicides', and car crashes just last year alone. ******** Last question you posed that I too wondered about was the fact of the lunar tides. We know the moon is the main force controlling the tides, but the sun still does contribute to the tide as well. Furthermore, I said I don't fully believe the moon has vanished into thin air; I just believe it is most of the time if not always barely if not at all visible. So, it still is present somewhere and therefore causing tides mostly while working in conjunction with the gravitational pull of the earth and the sun. I do believe, however, there has been a gross change to its magnetism with earth which could explain all of the phenomena taking place with our aquatic ecosystems. Last, but definitely not least, HAARP is always available to produce 'pseudo' lunar tides. Blah, blah, blah...like I said, it's up to you and you stated you will not check it out so, cool. ******** I believe in The Almighty Only Living God, The God of Yahawahshua, Jesus, and so I try to follow The Bible. There is a scripture within The Bible that says, "prove all things." (1Thessalonians 5:21). There is also a scripture of The Gospel of My Saviour and King, Yahawahshua, aka Jesus, where He warns us that the moon will cease to give us its light and the sun will darken (Matthew 24:29). That is very Powerful Prophecy for me because I believe everything in The Gospel of JESUS. I am not in a cult, and I am definitely not some out of touch christian from the podunks. I just want The Truth.

I love the conviction these nutters have in their cause. It's so deep they leave themselves lots of weasel words and "look it up" statements so any obvious flaws in their "logic" aren't burdened by definitive, falsifiable statements.

Ok, this is the apex of crazy. He believes in a thing we see every day being fake. He thinks chemtrails have to do with it. He "proves" it though image manipulation (and recording an innocent passing jet). He is a pot head. He is a young earther. He is an evangelical.

There seem to be a lot of people who seem to have lost the capability to trust in physical things they can not personally manipulate. Is this some modern symptom of a problem within our society? They are willing to believe God exists, even though they have never seen, heard, or touched God. However, the physical object (which exists) does not exist, because they can not directly feel it.

SteamPoweredKleenex - 2014-06-03

It's an odd contradiction.

I think in this day and age we can truly appreciate how little we control in our lives. This isn't too different from people of just a few hundred years ago, who were often very fatalistic, thinking it was all a part of God's plan.

Now, it looks like they can see that "shit happens" from other people, but they still believe in God, and things start going haywire in their gray matter as these two ideas clash.

ashtar. - 2014-06-03

I don't think the world is as intelligible as it used to be.

How does the machinery we're surrounded by work? Where does the food I eat come from? What does it mean to live a good life?

Most people used to be able to answer these questions fairly definitely. Maybe not good answers, maybe actually really terrible answers, but at least their world made sense.

One response to the lack of the world making sense is to fall into conspiracy theories because they offer a theory that fits everything together and gives you a sense of where you fit in.

If you mute the audio, the first 30 seconds are really beautiful.

Jet Bin Fever - 2014-06-03

THE SO CALLED MOON. Ancient hologram technology given to us by ALIENS to confuse us at night.

BHWW - 2014-06-03

Well, it's far from the kookiest moon conspiracy theory I've heard - like how the moon is inhabited and NASA has covered up this fact, or how the moon is actually an ancient spacecraft.

SteamPoweredKleenex - 2014-06-03

Pfft. Everyone knows it's really the head of Unicron.

Jet Bin Fever - 2014-06-04

If only SPK, if only.

Old_Zircon - 2014-06-04

Moon Nazis.

chumbucket - 2014-06-03

Letting "these guys" fool us for 300 years or so.

oddeye - 2014-06-03

"Is the moon real?" - Ali G to that lier Buzz Aldrin.

kamlem - 2014-06-03

Wait! It _isn't_ made of cheese!?!

craptacular - 2014-06-03

exy - 2014-06-03

He can't be serious, can he?

SteamPoweredKleenex - 2014-06-03

His video uploads look like 110% Alex Jones territory to me. He's also not above defending his well-defined position with insults to your genetic heritage, if you decide to engage him.

memedumpster - 2014-06-03

I want the holomoonies and the sungazers to have a holy war.
