Isn't this some comedian who, like, parodies decade-old Southern rap fads? I'm sort of amazed that something so region-specific and relatively recent would need a parody, but there you are. I think he calls himself Riff-Raff. Those teeth are genuinely terrifying.
Oh yeah you're right. I don't know if I'm glad it's fake, or am that much more discouraged with the fact that it's making fun of real people who are exactly like this.
