It's say it's their best since the Lion King (not counting Pixar's stuff).

Olaf and the trolls were pretty blatantly unnecessary to the story. Which is fine, it's a Disney kids movie and they're cute comic relief meant to sell toys. I just remember being taken out of the movie a bit when it suddenly cut to these bright scenes, like from a Pixar short, in the middle of a pretty visually consistent winter movie.

Best? I actually liked Lilo and Stitch much more than Frozen but that's just me. I liked Frozen, but I felt like it ended way too quickly and there wasn't enough character development on the guys.

I want to see it, but a cynical part of me thinks the idea behind this was just to make their own version of Wicked. And it just so happens that there's going to be a Frozen broadway musical.

As much as I love Lilo and Stitch for its inclusiveness of an obviously gay alien couple, I'm going to say Frozen is my favorite since Emperor's New Groove. It's the perfect combination of funny, adventurous, and has a great plot twist that I think is one of the best possible morals for kids.

This is great but I think my favorite song is the short but memorable "Reindeer are better than people". And I liked the trolls, I thought they were a good brief bit of comic relief as well.

I couldn't get more than 15 minutes into this film, it was just terrible in nearly every respect except the animation which was stellar. Tangled was leaps and bounds better than this one.

It's meandering and kind of boring at times but I really enjoyed the music and the twist on the prince charming trope.

It didn't register when I saw the movie on the big screen, but the sand "snowman" on the left with the seaweed hair (around 1:50) is supposed to be a woman with really big breasts. Well done, whichever scenery modeller it was who was able to slip that in below the radar.

heh.. speaking of moms my mom asked if I had seen "Frozen," and I thought she was talking about the movie where they get stuck all week on a chairlift and there's wolves at the bottom. She's an avid skiier so I thought that was what she was referring to. After she told me it was a cartoon I was like "oh. OK don't watch Frozen."

So she watched that "Frozen" anyway and can't stop thinking about it. Sorry mom. I love you.

That 'other' Frozen sounds like it would be right up my mom's alley. She watches Syfy original movies and just laughs and laughs (especially when people violently killed).
