I realise he's ridiculous and it's cringeworthy, but at the same time... I can't help but feel like as far as "youtube characters" go, he almost pulls it off. But again, that is purely based on similar shticks on Youtube.
The crooked eye really adds to the exhibit. Despite myself, this is very unnerving on multiple levels.
For most of the video, I thought it was a joke and he was just showing the same hat over and over.
