So, this game is so terrible it apparently was removed from Steam after 3 or 4 days. There's an entertaining Giant Bomb quick look of this that demonstrates how awful it is, which for a cricket game is pretty interesting.

this is a realistic portrayal of an amateur cricket match i attended a few years ago. i have no idea what is going on, but everyone is surely inadequate.

Yeah, this is a pretty accurate depiction of cricket.

This will decide which is the best country in the world, India or Pakistan.

As an American, this is exactly what I see when I watch cricket.

I've been playing cricket for several years with some local Paki immigrants, and a few Englishmen. After all that, I still have no clue what is going on sometimes.

I am actually a Level 0 certified cricket umpire (Yes, zero is actually a level). I haven't told anyone that for a long time.

And this is pretty much it.
And a single match (Test Cricket, anyway) goes for 5 days. I don't know of any other "sport" in which the participants take breaks for food and sleep during a single game.

Zero is the absolute lowest, actually to call myself an umpire is a real stretch...it's more of a coaching thing, although I have officiated a couple of matches for youth cricket.
I think the official term is "Match Manager", instead of a full-blown umpire.

I got it in my senior year of high school because I was so bad at actually playing cricket that I failed to make even the lowest team - and there 6 teams in my year alone. The national cricket association was running the course for free.
That, and it would get me an award of Full Services to Cricket™, which meant fancy gold decoration on my blazer.
