AS IT HAPPENS plays it on Christmas, but it's technically (spoiler) a ghost story (but the benevolent, helpful kind of ghost), so it's perfect in October too.

My father loved listening to this every Christmas Eve. It's like, you couldn't talk inside the house when it was on.
