It's hard to pin down what's more interesting: Bravo acting like a moron (OH, ON PURPOSE GUYS, RITE?) or the fact that people voluntarily hang out with him on Skype.
I believe it's a reference to Corky, a character from the old sitcom, Life Goes On. Corky had Downs Syndrome and spoke/looked a lot like Nick, so his fan club lovingly gave him that nickname.
