According to the description the injuries were minor. Which is amazing, since that car was blown off the road by a cloud of rocks the size of melons in the first video. The passenger is lucky to be alive at all.
Was there a passenger? The passenger side of the car looks partially collapsed. I'm guessing the driver is lucky that Taiwan is a left-hand-drive country like the USA and unlike Japan (although, I suppose in Japan the car would have been on the left side of the road and perhaps would not have absorbed as much of the force from the impact of the smaller rocks).
Of course, I suppose the driver's also lucky that the smaller rocks pushed the car out of the boulder impact zone.
