It looks like the headlights are flashing and I'm guessing that the horn is going off after the car is (spoilers) hit. So, the alarm was on? Is this car parked there? Is this someone's idea of a parking job? I kind of want context here.

Bonkers parking. Mind you i've seen people park in Supermarket foyays and get out like its something to do. Usually in the forest-towns around Gloucester.
Did anyone else think that the little-forklift-that-could was going to be bigger than that when it got closer?
