Yeah, I knew of the technique already (in fact, I posted a video about it and is what I do nowadays), yet this guy is a master and in addition he is really fucking cool, so 5 stars.
I don't really get this... This is how omelets are made. This is always how they are made. Who doesn't make omelets this way? Why is this special? I want to see him make 400 omelets in 30 minutes though.
Not everyone cooks omelets this way. I used to pour a shitload of beaten egg onto o a semi-hot pan then cook the whole thing on one side and flip it over. It was awful.
