Seriously, if you watch some of the behind the scenes documentaries from Next Generation or DS9, you see a bunch of people who enjoy their work and have a great rapport together. Watch a behind the scenes Voyager doc and see a bunch of people who are kind of just standing around until the paychecks arrive.
