Billy the Poet - 2012-05-29 No, in the Pennsylvania/DC area, there was a band that didn't exist called "FTSU." It was meant to parody dumb youth crew/gang bullshit. You put it on the flyer for your fire hall punk show, and then made an elaborate excuse for why they didn't show. (FTSU joined the Green Berets to hunt Osama Bin Laden, FTSU was arrested by the Canadian border patrol for anti-syrup agitation, etc.)
