Does he say it again?

Quad9Damage - 2012-02-06

StanleyPain - 2012-02-06

me underwears.

jimmicampkin - 2012-02-06

I think I've probably seen this film in its entirety just based on clips rather than actually sitting down and watching the whole damn thing.

The fact that none of the clips were watched in any sort of chronological order over a period of a couple of years makes it even more unsettling.

chumbucket - 2012-02-06

Yet another reason why I think DVD players should have included a shuffle tracks feature. I think it would actually work with this movie.

Screwtape - 2012-02-06

I watched it all the way through after having seen only one clip. You and I had pretty much the same experience.

Oktay - 2012-02-06

I found it on youtube. I submitted it. It made it to the front page. Then I got suspended for a week.

Moral of the story: watch before posting.

Rudy - 2012-02-06

The rest of the film is pretty much soft core porn.

Caminante Nocturno - 2012-02-06

It's things like this that make me believe this film was made by aliens.

chairsforcheap - 2012-02-06

isn't eurotrash the next closest thing?

chairsforcheap - 2012-02-06

btw this scene was filmed on a bluescreen, STILL OUTDOORS in a parking lot. Wiseau would insist on absolutely everything being done his way without any questions, and had an enormous budget that nobody is really certain about how the funds got to him

oddeye - 2014-09-26

Or maybe it's a project made by humans to show aliens as a way of warning them not to mess with us because of our insane depravity.

Jet Bin Fever - 2012-02-06

That's the emotional connection that's lacking in so many films these days.

charmlessman - 2012-02-06

Ha ha ha! She got beaten! Good times, good times.

Quad9Damage - 2012-02-06

Come for the awful story, stay for the blatantly obvious dubbing of the last line.

BHWW - 2012-02-06

This the appropriate response a HEW-MAN would make, right?

oswaldtheluckyrabbit - 2012-02-06

My Lisa's great when I can get it

Quad9Damage - 2012-02-06

I haven't actually watched this movie for real, but I've seen pretty much all of it anyway because of the Nostalgia Critic's 30 minute review.

I probably should go ahead and rent the DVD though. The movie is just hilariously bad.

Rodents of Unusual Size - 2012-02-07

Directed by the same people that brought you: GEPIK videos.

Rosebeekee - 2012-02-07

If you haven't, go to itunes and look up the How Did This Get Made podcast and listen to the episode where the hosts talk to the actor playing Mark about this movie.

Goddamn. Thanks for the tip!

Last year Tommy Wiseau came to Vancouver to direct the winning screen play from a contest and screen "The Room". It was a surreal experience and I felt like I was on mushrooms the whole time.

One of the strangest aspects of the whole night was his belts. The first time he came out on stage he only had one belt on but when he came back out 5 minutes later to start live directing the screenplay he had two belts on. Later when he came out to start the screening of the movie he had three belts on. My wife commented that if he walked out with four belts on after the film was finished he was definitely fucking with us but he never did.

I have to highly recommend the Rifftrax version of this for those who haven't seen it too many times.

I just love that this is probably the most oblique reference possible to the hospital a couple blocks from my apartment.

It is, incidentally, a terrible hospital.
