You can't actually kick out a car windshield like that. Windshields generally have a layer of plastic in between two panes of glass and it's actually fairly difficult to bust through one.

American and British cars have the strong glass. Cars in India have windshields made of Window Glass covered in Syran Wrap, they run on Butane and they always explode if someone in Rollerblades gets inside. It's the only way for India to get rid of the Rollerblade menace that threatens their way of life.
